How We Got Here

Our journey begins here, when former principals of Bank One formed Stonehenge Capital Company to manage economic development investment funds.

In an effort to create quality motion picture jobs in Louisiana, Stonehenge made its first investment in productions that generate state film tax credits (popcorn, anyone?).

We expanded to invest in state historic tax credit programs with a goal of preserving historic buildings across the U.S.

With a focus on sustainability, we invested in state renewable energy tax credit programs.

Through state rural-focused programs, we started syndicating tax credits related to small business investments in rural America.

Stonehenge closed its first federal tax credit equity fund to better support the preservation of historic buildings and, shortly thereafter, to support renewable energy infrastructure.

The start of a new legacy, Stonehenge Capital Company formed two distinct operating businesses: Stonehenge Tax Credit Solutions and Stonehenge Direct Investing.
