Started by Mike, a former Pizza Hut executive, the restaurant aims to offer high-quality pizza in a relaxed dine-in atmosphere. Over the past 40 years, the menu has expanded to include various crust options, sandwiches, pasta dishes, appetizers, salads, and desserts. All pizzas are made-to-order using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with dough prepared fresh every morning across their 14 locations. Stonehenge provided a $10.4MM Senior Loan in support of its acquisition.
